Terracotta Red is proud of our distinctively prepared in-house dishes always made with the freshest ingredients.

In order to accommodate our customers increasing requests for gluten free options, we are proud to announce the following:

  • We now use potato starch instead of wheat flour in most of our costings.  This give us the flexibility to make a large number of our dishes gluten free.  While the dish will not tasted exactly the same as its non-gluten free counterpart, Chef Jimmy put a lot of thought into designing that gluten free sauce that comes close. 
  • We have also made a conscientious effort to incorporate gluten free dishes into our monthly fresh list. 
  • You will also see that our menu has been updated to clearly indicate which dishes are designed as gluten free and which dishes have a gluten free option available.
